The label for this sauce features pictures of Louis and Alfonsa Maillard, my much loved and dearly missed grandparents. Sadly we lost my grandad 16 years ago to a short illness and in January 2020 my grandma, Alfonsa Henrietta Maillard passed away after living with the devastating effects of Alzheimer’s disease. As a tribute Johnny HoT Stuff will be donating £1 to Alzheimer’s Research UK for every bottle sold, looking to raise a minimum of £2000 towards ongoing efforts to find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease.
