The label for this sauce features pictures of Louis and Alfonsa Maillard, my much loved and dearly missed grandparents. Sadly we lost my grandad 16 years ago to a short illness and in January 2020 my grandma, Alfonsa Henrietta Maillard passed away after living with the devastating effects of Alzheimer’s disease.
