Tribute Edition HoT Sauce.

 

The label for this sauce features pictures of Louis and Alfonsa Maillard, my much loved and dearly missed grandparents. Sadly we lost my grandad 16 years ago to a short illness and in January 2020 my grandma, Alfonsa Henrietta Maillard passed away after living with the devastating effects of Alzheimer’s disease. As a tribute Johnny HoT Stuff will be donating £1 to Alzheimer’s Research UK for every bottle sold, looking to raise a minimum of £2000 towards ongoing efforts to find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. Mangoes, raisins, scotch bonnets and thyme give this Caribbean style sauce its fruity zing with a smooth, herby finish.

 

This fruity caribbean style sauce is ideal as a pour on sauce to enhance eggs, sausages, burgers, pizzas and grilled meats as well as a tasty option to spice up soups, stews and casseroles. It really does make a great addition to the traditional full English breakfast too!

This HoT sauce has been lovingly hand crafted in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire.

Mango, Raisins, Water, Cider Vinegar (SULPHITES), Tinned Tomatoes (acidity regulator: citric acid), Onion, Dark Brown Sugar, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Thyme, Spices.
